Processing Time
Most university degree attestation cases are completed within 7–10 working days, depending on the issuing university and document completeness.
HEC verification typically takes 10–15 working days after documents are submitted to the HEC portal.
Some institutions offer urgent processing where available. Ask our team when you apply — timelines still depend on the issuing authority.
Payment
We accept Bank Transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, and Raast. Upload your payment screenshot for verification after transfer.
Payment is required after your application is created and before processing begins with the university, board, or HEC.

Required Documents
You generally need the original degree (or clear scan), CNIC copy, and passport-size photo. Some universities may also request a transcript.
Typically your certificate/marksheet, CNIC, and any correction supporting documents (such as a birth certificate for DOB correction).
Yes. Clear scans are fine for initial review. Originals may be required later depending on the service and institution.
Tracking
Yes. Log in to your customer account to view and track all of your applications from My Applications. Contact support if you need help accessing your account.
Status updates are shared via WhatsApp/SMS for major milestones such as under review, processing, completed, and dispatched.
Refund Policy
Official fees already paid to universities/boards/HEC are non-refundable. Service fee refunds are reviewed case by case if rejection occurs before processing starts.
