Refund Policy

Official fees paid to universities, boards, or HEC are non-refundable once submitted to the issuing authority.

Our service fees may be reviewed for a partial or full refund if an application is cancelled before processing begins. Requests are assessed case by case.

Courier charges are non-refundable after a shipment has been handed to the courier partner.
